The smoked salmon at Belleclaire hits the spot just right, with nearby Europan Bakery Cafe and Mille-Feuille Bakery & Cafe sweetening the deal. Location's a NYC gem, with fab beds for peaceful Zzs and doorman charm.
The manager mishap put a slight dent in the stay, while Denise's eye rolls need an off switch. Cheaper rooms lack natural light, and room prices may leave a bitter taste.

Updated and unique room, it included air conditioner, a dressing table, and closet space. The service here was courteous.

We only slept at the a double room with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, but loved it.

This hotel absolutely blew my mind! The location is super ideal, with a jaw-dropping array of attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience just awesome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy, and I loved the unique London-like vibe. The free tea and cocoa in the afternoons were a lovely touch, and the breakfast voucher for the cafe next door was a fantastic perk. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the city!

Fairly clean small hotel with very polite and really wonderful staff. A safe box, climate control, and a mini refrigerator available in the queen room. The views over the street. Pretty building, great and stunning location right by restaurants, best known stores, Lincoln Center, Central Park and Riverside Park, Central Park and lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby, and all the touristic attractions. Also, to the closest subway station.

During my transit stay at Hotel Belleclaire, I appreciated the convenient location near the 79th Street station, just two blocks away. This made it incredibly convenient to access the subway and travel to my destination at the 116th Street/Columbia University station, only five stops away. the proximity to LaGuardia Airport, just 20 km away, was a great advantage for my onward journey.
The room on the first floor was not as clean as expected, with visible dust near the walls, and the environment was considerably noisy. the temperature control was challenging, and the inability to adjust the heat or open the window led to discomfort and the need to switch rooms.

Unique accommodation, the breakfast was warm, marvellous location in an excellent neighborhood in NYC. The room was good sized and newly decorated and we really enjoyed the bathroom, it was nice size.
Views were not very nice.

The location is super convenient, with shops, parks, and eateries nearby. The bakery downstairs is mind-blowing, with friendly staff and delicious food. The rooms are clean and the beds, although not super comfortable, were OK. The hotel has a nice old world charm and the staff are very pleasant. The free New York Times and 24h pharmacy/market across the road are a great bonus. The lack of street noise and nice furnishings make for a comfortable stay. Despite some noise from neighboring rooms, if you have considerate neighbors, you'll be in good shape. The staff were very helpful. Close to subway.

Was a lovely base for trip. It was a wonderful old and reasonably priced hotel, nesteled in an European building. The room was well-appointed and newly decorated with sofa bed, a tub, as example, and all other comforts. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was fab.
